10.11 Deal Reporting Templates
*The ability to save the Custom Deal report criteria has been added. These reports can be either saved to your personal User account or saved for general use available to everyone who can run Deal reports.
Reports and Available Criteria
Each report found under the Deal tab will have the ability to have all fields selected and saved. These will act as templates for future reports.
*Note: Templates can be changed before they are run if there is a need to alter the criteria.
Once a report has been created, you are able to select the templates button located on the bottom left and then select if this report is going to be saved to your personal User profile or available for general use. This is done via the Global and User button on the resulting prompt.
Once one of the save locations is selected you will be prompted to name the report template. With the buttons along the bottom of the screen, you are able to add a new report template.
Saved Report Templates can be deleted if they are no longer needed.
Once a Report Template has been saved into either the User List or the Global List, it can be loaded by double-clicking it.
The selected report template will load its criteria on the criteria selection screen. At this point in time, you are able to edit the criteria before the report is run or leave it as is.
Only the criteria fields default from the template, the date range at the top of the report criteria screen will still populate from the settings located in the gear on the upper right corner of the report.
