10.20 Custom Parts Report Upgrades

Version 10.20 introduces thrilling enhancements to the Custom Parts Report, empowering Dealerships with a robust reporting tool that offers enhanced flexibility in presenting crucial information.

The existing criteria options have been enhanced and expanded with additional search parameters and filtering choices, thus improving the customization capabilities of the report. These dynamic features enable more accurate and thorough reporting.

Moreover, the user interface boasts a cohesive appearance, characterized by a well-organized and user-friendly layout, enhancing the overall user experience.

Left Menu - Fields

Explore the left menu to discover new criteria fields added within the Details section. Users now have access to Manual Alias and Last Inventory criteria options.

To access this feature, follow the path: Parts Stats > Reports > Management > Custom Parts Reports

Custom Fields and Parts Master sections have been streamlined, now presenting as dropdowns menus where Users can click the small arrow to reveal applicable fields, aligning seamlessly with the cohesive design of the left menu. Clear lines separate the sections, enhancing clarity and uniformity.

Main Section - Filters

The central section of the screen has been redesigned, now showcasing filter options that are neatly categorized into distinct sections, resulting in a cleaner layout.

Parts Stats has been updated to include Part Master filtering capability.

We've introduced a Pricing section, where Cost has been moved and expanded to include additional filter options such as Exchange, Jobber, List, Original, Trade, and Flat.

A new section titled Range Criteria has been created. Days Since the Last Transaction and Quantity Shipped/Months from Part Stats have been moved here for consolidated organization. This section also includes Days Since Last Receipt and Days Since Last Inventory filtering options.

Furthermore, in the Quantity Shipped/Months section, the Months field now dynamically appears when entering a value, ensuring a more streamlined display.

Hover tip descriptions have been implemented to offer Users immediate guidance in understanding the purpose of the option, accessible by hovering over the information icon (i).

The new collapsible feature provides Users with the flexibility to hide sections that are not currently needed. When saving and returning to the report, these collapsed sections will remain in their collapsed state.
