10.20 Additional CRM Features

We are excited to announce that version 10.20 introduces a variety of new features added to our CRM! These features are available in version 10.20.0 and up.
Email - Recipient Selections
When contacting Contacts with
multiple email addresses,
Users can now choose additional emails directly within the email interface.
If there are multiple email addresses, an
indicator
will now appear in both the
To
and
CC
fields of the email header. Clicking the icon will unveil a fly-out displaying the email addresses along with their types, and showcasing any labels assigned to the email within the Contact file.
To access this feature, follow the path:
System > Find Contact > Contact File > Workplan (right-hand menu) > Send Email
Reminder - Divisional Selections
Users who have access to multiple divisions will now see a
Division selection box
when
creating reminders.
When creating a reminder from the
Contact file,
it will automatically default to the Division open within the Contact. Conversely, when generated from the
Workplan Activity Dashboard page,
it will default to the Division of that specific Dashboard page. Should the reminder be inadvertently set for the wrong Division, the selection can be modified as needed.
To access this feature, follow the path:
System > Find Contact > Contact File > Workplan (right-hand menu) > Create Reminder
If the User assigned to the reminder does not have access to the selected Division, a
warning icon
will appear, indicating the User that is missing access to the chosen Division.
Guide, Campaign and Mailing - Divisional Selections
When creating
Guides,
Campaigns,
and
Mailings,
Users must select the Division to access criteria information. This choice will now be visible in the
criteria view
of the Guide, Campaign, or Mailing. Once set, this selection cannot be altered, yet it will streamline troubleshooting, particularly in scenarios involving multiple divisional selections.
To access this feature, follow the path:
System > Workplan > Maintenance > Guide Maintenance/ Campaign Maintenance / Mailing Maintenance > Add/Edit > Criteria tab
