10.23 Audit Log Changes

In version 10.23, we introduced enhancements to how Audit Log data is stored. Along with this change, Audit data retention will now be limited to two years. Together, these updates improve overall system performance - specifically the speed of loading and reporting on audit information. They also deliver a notable improvement in the efficiency and reliability of V10 backups and restores.

Please note: that all core records- such as Contacts, Vehicles, Work items, Transactions, and Documents will continue to be retained. Only audit data older than two years will be affected by this change.
