SPOTLIGHT FEATURE - Enhanced Vehicle Pricing

We're excited to announce powerful new enhancements to vehicle pricing, designed to give Dealerships greater control over how Fees are displayed across Sales documents. Key features include:

  • Enhanced Deal Fee setups that offers flexibility to define whether specific Fees should be disclosed, ensuring more accurate and transparent pricing

  • Greater control with a new permission setting that determines who can modify Vehicle Fees

  • Updated Vehicle File with additional fields to present a clearer view of all registered Vehicle Fees, enhancing transparency and supporting compliance.

  • New Disclosure Footer option that ensures the Vehicle Disclosure footer includes consistent and accurate wording, improving communication

Deal Disclosure and Forms

In version 10.23, managing Deal Disclosure and Forms is now more streamlined and efficient with the introduction of a new document grouping feature! Here are the key improvements:

  • Enhanced Forms Maintenance to create custom folders, allowing you to group and organize forms based on your workflow or business structure

  • An updated Delivery tab featuring a cleaner, more organized layout for better usability

  • The Deal Disclosure layout now features an updated design focused on clarity and ease of use

Sales Activity - Phase 2

Sales Activity has been upgraded with major improvements, designed to create a more streamlined and adaptable User experience throughout the sales process. Here's what's new:

  • Easily replicate Maintenance settings across multiple Divisions with the new "copy" functionality

  • Tailor the system to better match your business needs with customizable codes

  • Stay connected and productive on the go - Sales Activity features are now available on the Mobile App

Make Ready Features

We've introduced additional Make Ready features to further streamline the Sales Department's process and ensure Vehicles are thoroughly prepared for the Dealership lot. Key highlights include:

  • New setup options to give you greater control over Make Ready timelines, improving scheduling and efficiency

  • Improved the Make Ready Type Maintenance window with the addition of new fields that offers increased flexibility when creating and managing Make Ready types

  • Enhanced the Make Ready Settings window and now includes new features such as a selectable Due Date calendar, dynamic date fields, and the ability to set priorities

  • Upgraded the Make Ready Dashboard to view Make Ready data by division and easily update statuses with a convenient right-click menu, making the Dashboard more interactive and user-friendly.
